Shipping Policy

When will my order be shipped?

- all orders are shipped within 10 days of order date

U.S. shipping

- shipping prices are calculated at checkout, based on where you live

International Shipping

(international shipping is paused for select locations due to USPS COVID-19 impacts- click this link to see where)

- international shipping prices vary and are calculated at checkout

-if you are ordering from outside of the U.S., and are in a country that collects value added taxes (VAT), please be aware that you may have to pay additional fees not shown

-We offer two options for international shipping, DHL Express, and USPS

- please allow delays due to customs and COVID-19

Refund Policy

Can I return my item/get a refund?

- Unfortunately, we don't accept returns or refunds, unless you are sent the wrong item(s) or something is wrong with your order.

- Please check the description and length of an item before purchasing
